What happens if I'm late for my appointment?
Our salon doesn't tolerate tardiness, our system automatically cancels you once you are late. If it is an emergency, contact us before your appointment time and we will do our best to accommodate you.
How do I book an appointment?
Our salon intakes bookings weekly, opening every Saturday at 12AM for the week that follows. You may request your appointment via email OR through this website. For advance bookings such as funerals, travel, weddings, birthday please speak to our CSR via whatsapp or email
Do I have to pay a deposit?
A deposit is always due to secure an appointment at our salon. If you are unable to make a deposit, we will not be able to schedule you.
What are your payment methods?
We accept Cash, Debit/Credit Cards, Bank Transfers, WiPay & Zelle.
Are children allowed? Do you service children?
Our salon is not suitable for children and no extra guests are allowed.
Are there any provisions for special occasions?

Can I book more than a week in advance, and do you accept walk-ins?
We operate strictly by appointments. Bookings open weekly every Saturday at 12AM for the week that follows.
