Bookings & Cancellations
At MikaeliaKrissten Beauty, we strive to provide a seamless and elevated experience for all clients. All appointments must be made as requests in advance via our website or email.
confirmation & considerations
  • Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email or text with your appointment details.
  • Please review your appointment information carefully; any changes must be made as soon as possible.
  • Retainers are non-refundable under all circumstances. Any refund provided will be solely at the discretion of management.
  • Retainers must be paid immediately after receiving your cost breakdown. If you cannot send proof of payment right away, please confirm availability before making the retainer payment. No refunds will be issued if payment is made without confirmation.
  • No retainer = No appointment.
  • Appointments are reserved only for the individual on file.
  • No children or extra guests are allowed. If this occurs, your appointment will be cancelled and your retainer forfeited.
Payments
  • Once any payment has been made, please provide a screenshot of your bank transaction receipt (whether retainer or balance).
  • A 50% non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due immediately after the service.
  • If your retainer is paid in USD, you will be charged according to our USD price list, and your balance must also be paid in USD via zelle.
  • Note: We do not use exchange rates; our USD price list is set according to our operational structure.
cancellations & rescheduling
  • Clients who are late (even by one minute) will have their appointment automatically cancelled and their retainer forfeited. In case of an emergency, please contact us before your appointment time via Call, Email or WhatsApp so we may assist if possible.
  • Clients must reschedule at least 24 hours before their service time to avoid forfeiture of their retainer. After two consecutive reschedules, the retainer will be forfeited. Retainers are non-transferable unless otherwise discussed.
  • If you are booked for multiple services or nail designs and choose to cancel one or more on or during the service, you will be required to pay the full agreed amount.
service preparation
  • For brow services, please declare any allergies or medications that maybe contraindications to your service provider
  • If you require a soak off, be sure to highlight this at the time of booking.
